Portolano Canada operates and ships using UPS or Purolator Courier or Canada Post dependent on your location.    Shipping includes $100 insurance on your package.

 Standard Shipping Rates  $13.00. Minimum order  $49.00

Expedited Shipping Services  $35.00, Available for order over  $100.00 only.

 


CURBSIDE PICKUP 


For curbside pickup, choose the free Local Pickup option at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup we will email you.  Please allow time for order processing.  We do not maintain a storefront.   When your order is ready we will reach out  and provide your convenient pick up instructions.

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA 

We do not ship outside Canada .    However,  we do permit Local Pickup/ curbside . 

if you live outside Canada you can arrange to send your courier to our location to pick up your package.   You are responsible for all duties and taxes.   If you choose this option,  place your order indicating curbside, and send a note indicating you wish us to contact you with Package Size and Weight, we will email the details when your order is ready for your courier to pick up.   You will send us a  Shipping Label to attach to your package.  No returns on orders outside Canada.

REFUNDS

To receive a refund, items must be unworn, in new condition, in the original packaging, all tags attached and in good order,   postmarked within 14 days of the proof of delivery date.

The first step is to contact us at ppci@portolanocanada.com requiring a personal Return Authorization Number, providing all the information for us to create a return label (Name, Pick up Address, order#, email address) with the Reason for Return.

Any credits for your return will be issued back to the original credit card minus a re-stocking fee of  $12.00. We do not refund shipping charges.

Returned item must leave your care within  5 days of receiving the return label.

Refunds will be issued within five to ten business days of initiating the return (starting as we receive the packages back), depending on your financial institution. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

  

FINAL SALE

Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” in the product’s description. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
