SHIPPING
Portolano Canada operates and ships using UPS or Purolator Courier or Canada Post dependent on your location. Shipping includes $100 insurance on your package.

Standard Shipping Rates $13.00. Minimum order $49.00

Expedited Shipping Services $35.00, Available for order over $100.00 only.
CURBSIDE PICKUP
For curbside pickup, choose the free Local Pickup option at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup we will email you. Please allow time for order processing. We do not maintain a storefront. When your order is ready we will reach out and provide your convenient pick up instructions usually next business day.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA
We do not ship outside Canada . However, we do provide Local Pickup/ curbside .
if you live outside Canada you can arrange to send your courier to our location to pick up your package. You are responsible for all duties and taxes. If you choose this option, place your order indicating curbside, and send a note indicating you wish us to contact you with Package Size and Weight, we will email the details when your order is ready for your courier to pick up. You will send us a Shipping Label to attach to your package. No returns on orders outside Canada.
REFUNDS
To receive a refund, items must be unworn, in new condition, in the original packaging, all tags attached and in good order,
Your request to return my be emailed to us within 7 days of your delivery receipt date.
The first step is to email us at ppci@portolanocanada.com within 7 days of receipt to request a personal Return Authorization Number. Detail your Original Order # (WEB####) , item description, your name, address, with the Reason for Return.
Any credits for your return will be issued back to the original credit card minus a re-stocking fee of $12.00. We do not refund shipping charges.
We will contact you and provide a Return Authorization # (RA) . Item must leave your care promptly within 5 days of receiving the RA. Be sure to maintain your tracking #.
Refunds will be issued within five to ten business days of initiating the return (starting as we receive the packages back), depending on your financial institution. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
GIFTING
If you are gifting a non Sale item, please send us a note indicating it is a GIFT ITEM and the date the item will be gifted , Christmas, Birthday, Hanukah etc. Your purchase will be noted and you will have 7 days after the date to request a return. All sale items are subject to regular return policy.
FINAL SALE
Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” in the product’s description. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
