We are shipping same business day, and pleased to report the post office & UPS have been doing an excellent job getting your packages delivered . We are seeing ,  Toronto and Montreal delivered within 2 days.  Most of Ontario within 3.  All other provinces are running at about 5 days.  

Our return policy is posted and we ask that you review same.  On the web scale we are a small business and always  try our best  but we don't have the lower costs of the big players on the web.
