SHIPPING

Portolano Canada operates and ships using Canada post for regular and most expedited shipping.  The Canada Post service includes tracking and $100.00 insurance.  

We ship from:

We do not ship outside Canada .  

CURBSIDE PICKUP 

Curbside pickup is available at 840 Walker Street in Prescott, ON.

For curbside pickup, choose the free Local Pickup option at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup we will email you.  Please allow time for order processing.

REFUNDS

To receive a refund, items must be unworn, in new condition, in the original packaging and postmarked within 10 days of the proof of delivery date.

The first step is to contact us at ppci@portolanocanada.com requiring a personal Return Authorization Number, providing all the information for us to create a return label (Name, Pick up Address, order#, email address) with the Reason for Return.

Any credits for your return will be issued back to the original credit card minus a re-stocking fee of  $12.00. We do not refund shipping charges.

Refunds will be issued within five to ten business days of initiating the return (starting as we receive the packages back), depending on your financial institution. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

FINAL SALE

Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” in the product’s description. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
